The Banpo Dong 7 Project is a large development located off Sinbanpo-ro Road, within close proximity to the Han River and multiple parks and rivers within the area. The mixed-use project is comprised of 17 residential towers and a commercial and office complex.
The key driver for the project is the creation of a healthy living environment for the diverse community, and providing spaces that promote well-being, offer accessibility to nature and that incorporate technology in such a way as to enhance privacy and security.
