MEDLINE
Brand Awareness Campaign
Concept, Art Direction, Production
Medline's first EMEA brand awareness campaign needed to communicate four core pillars: reliability, tradition, sustainability, and proximity to the client.
The campaign needed to work across multiple regions and adapt to digital, motion, and physical channels, while maintaining a consistent and contemporary brand expression.
Strategy
Healthcare B2B communication often leans heavily on products, technology, or generic clinical imagery. For Medline, the challenge was different. How do you express trust, longevity, responsibility, and closeness to customers at scale, without losing warmth or credibility?
This campaign needed to feel unified across EMEA, but not abstract or distant. It had to show what Medline stands for, not just what it sells. So it had to be developed as a people-led system not as a product-led one.

The core concept, Pieces of the Healthcare Puzzle, frames Medline as a set of interdependent parts working together across healthcare.

This idea is expressed through eight hero portraits: four healthcare professionals and four Medline employees, paired across the four campaign pillars. Each portrait is overlaid with Medline’s pattern, used as a structural device. Selected segments of the pattern reveal contextual imagery related to each pillar, adding narrative depth while maintaining visual consistency across the system.

Secondary Image System
In parallel, a secondary image system was developed to support the campaign launch and long-term use. More than 30 contextual photographs were produced, each aligned to one of the four pillars. These images extend the narrative beyond the portraits and provide flexibility across the marketing channels.
